Brown Rice Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1 Tbsp. canola oil
    2 cloves garlic, sliced
    1 medium onion, minced
    1/2 head cabbage, thin sliced
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 grated zucchini
    1 c. snow peas
    1/2 tsp. dry cilantro
    1 c. cooked beef
    1/2 c. cooked chopped chicken
    2 c. cooked brown rice
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 grated carrot
Preparation
    Heat a deep, 12-inch frypan on medium-high heat.
    Add oils. Add garlic; stir until toasted.
    Add onions; stir quickly.
    Before onions start to brown, add cabbage and chicken broth.
    Stir and cook for 3 minutes.
    Add zucchini and snow peas and a splash or two of soy sauce.
    Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
    Add cilantro, meats, rice, garlic powder and carrot.
    Simmer for 2 minutes. Serve with soy sauce.
