Hot Fudge Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. buttermilk baking mix
    1 c. granulated sugar
    3 Tbsp. plus 1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 2/3 c. hot tap water
    confectioners sugar (optional)
Preparation
    Blend baking mix, 1/2 cup granulated sugar and 3 tablespoons cocoa in 8-inch square baking dish (greased).
    Stir in milk and vanilla until well blended.
    Sprinkle evenly with rest of cocoa and granulated sugar.
    Pour on water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes, or until top is firm.
    Dust with confectioners sugar. Serve at once with sauce over cake.
