Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 jalapeno pepper, finely diced
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease an 8 or 9-inch pan or skillet. Combine all ingredients and bake 40 minutes or until golden brown.
