Curried Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chicken Rice-A-Roni (cook according to directions on box)
    2 jars marinated artichoke hearts (save juice)
    6 chopped green onions
    12 pimento olives, sliced
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together, then mix artichoke juice, 3/4 teaspoon curry powder and 1/3 cup mayonnaise.
    Add to rice mixture.
    Serve warm or cold.
