Chocolate Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar (can use twice as much sugar as amount of cocoa, in this case 4 Tbsp.)
    1/3 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift together sugar, flour, cocoa and salt.
    Gradually add milk.
    Beat until well blended.
    Cook over medium heat, stir constantly until mixture boils and thickens.
    Cook 1 minute. Remove from heat.
    Add butter and vanilla.
    Serve over hot buttered biscuits.
