Stuffed Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    whole summer squash
    butter, melted
    salt
    seasoned pepper
    onion, grated
    buttered breadcrumbs
    Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Parboil squash in salt water about 5 minutes or until tender. Cool.
    Scoop out squash, leaving a boat.
    Take pulp and add butter, salt, seasoned pepper and onion.
    Cook until done.\tSpoon mixture back into squash boats.
    Cover with buttered breadcrumbs and cheese.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven until cheese is melted and topping is brown (about 25 to 30 minutes).
