Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
1 Tbsp. oil
1 c. water
1 tsp. cream of tartar
food coloring

Preparation

Mix ingredients in a heavy saucepan and cook 3 minutes until mixture pulls away from edge of pan.
Cool and knead.
Store in airtight container.
Do not eat.
