*Baked Fish Tava - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. filet sole or flounder
    3 c. chopped onion
    3 large fresh tomatoes, skinned, seeded and chopped or 1 c. canned crushed tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
    5 Tbsp. salad oil, divided
    1/4 c. tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 bay leaf
    freshly ground pepper and salt to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion in 3 tablespoons oil until soft but not brown, stirring often. Add chopped tomatoes, parsley, salt and pepper. Simmer together for 5 minutes.
