Lite Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. skinned, boneless chicken, diced
    20 small red seedless grapes, cut in half
    1 small apple, cored and diced
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
    1 tsp. distilled white vinegar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
    Arrange on a plate with tomatoes and lettuce or use for sandwiches.
