German Kuchen Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can pie filling of your choice
Preparation

Mix all ingredients; spread half the batter in a 13 x 9-inch greased and floured pan.
Spread pie filling over batter and spread rest of batter over filling.
Bake 55 minutes at 350\u00b0; if using glass dish, 325\u00b0.
