Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. cooked squash
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large saucepan, cook squash until just tender; drain.
    Add remaining ingredients, using half the cheese.
    Put in 1 1/2-quart buttered casserole dish.
    Bake about 25 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese and bake 20 minutes more.
