Fish Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 sliced onion
    6 cubed potatoes
    2 c. chopped fish
    1 qt. milk
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 pt. boiling water
Preparation
    Brown onion in butter; add potatoes and 1 pint of boiling water.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Add fish and simmer 20 minutes.
    Add milk, salt and pepper.
    Heat to boiling.
    Serves 6.
