Smoked Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can red salmon, drained, skinned and boned
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, room temperature
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. white horseradish
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3 tsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Mix first six ingredients together.
    Shape into log and wrap in foil.
    Chill several hours or overnight.
    Roll in chopped pecans with chopped parsley.
