Diabetic Raisin Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. seedless raisins
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. Crisco
    2 well beaten eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. liquid sweetener
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Boil raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg and Crisco for 3 minutes.
    When cool, add eggs, salt, flour, baking soda, baking powder, sweetener and nuts.
    Drop by teaspoon onto baking sheet at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
