Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick oleo (room temperature)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
Preparation

Spread coconut on bottom of well-greased 11 x 15 x 2-inch pan. Spread pecans over coconut.
Prepare cake mix according to package directions (adding the ingredients called for on box). Pour cake mix over top of coconut and nuts.
Mix softened oleo, cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla.
Drop by spoons in dollops on top of cake.
Do not stir.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
