Moist And Tasty Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crushed cornflakes
    3/4 c. chopped onions
    1 1/2 lb. ground lean beef
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2/3 c. applesauce
    1 can tomato soup
    2 1/2 c. tomato juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix cornflakes, diced onion, ground beef, salt, pepper, egg and applesauce.
    Shape into balls (about 24).
    Place meatballs in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Cover with mixture of the soup, water and tomato juice.
    Bake for 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
