Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage (pork, turkey, Italian)
1 c. medium Cheddar cheese, grated (hot or mild)
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. biscuit mix
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
-
Fry,
crumble
and
drain
sausage well.
Spread evenly into 9 x
13-inch
pan
or
dish.
Sprinkle cheese over.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over sausage and cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until set and lightly browned. Cool 5
minutes before slicing.
Yields 12 (3-inch) squares or 36 (1 x 3-inch) bars for appetizers.
