Cube Steak Swiss Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 lb. cube steak
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. water
    1 celery stalk, thinly sliced
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 1/4 c. Minute rice
    2 1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Combine flour, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper.
    Cut steaks into 12 pieces.
    Coat with flour and brown well in oil in a large skillet. Add tomato sauce, 1 cup water, celery, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and sugar.
    Cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
