Old Cheese Wafers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Sift flour with salt and pepper. Cream margarine and mix in nuts and cheese and flour. Mold into long, slender roll about 1 inch in diameter and wrap roll in wax paper. Chill for several hours. Slice into 1/4 to 1/2 inch slices and back at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
