Tender Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut up chicken
    2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. garlic pepper
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 to 2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Wash chicken.
    Mix flour and garlic pepper together.
    Melt oil in skillet until slightly hot (when bubbles form from water).
    Dip chicken in buttermilk, then roll in flour mixture.
    Let brown on both sides, then put brown chicken in baking dish and cover.
    Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until tender at 350\u00b0.
