Ooh-La-La Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onoin
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 bottle Heinz chili sauce
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten with 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery and green pepper in butter until tender. Stir in chili sauce.
    Combine 1/2 cup of this mixture with lean ground beef, bread crumbs and egg, beaten with salt.
    Form into loaf and place in 8 x 4 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
    Serve remaining sauce cold or heated over sliced meat loaf.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
