Wicked Cinnamon Rolls(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

1 1/3 Tbsp. yeast
1 c. lukewarm skim milk
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour (a soft winter wheat flour such as White Lily is best)
2 egg whites
1 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. flour
Pastry Dough (previous recipe)
1 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 egg white
1 Tbsp. skimmed milk
Preparation

Make the Pastry Dough.
Sprinkle flour onto a countertop. Place the dough on top.
Sprinkle enough flour on top of the dough to keep it from sticking to your rolling pin.
Roll the dough flat until it's about 1/4 inch thick.
Work the corners with the rolling pin and try to get a rectangular shape rather than a circle.
