Easy Gingerbread Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. Land O Lakes soft butter
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. molasses
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. ginger
    3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Combine first 4 ingredients in large mixing bow. Beat at medium speed until creamy. Add next 4 ingredients; reduce speed to low. Beat until well mixed. Press dough into ungreased 15 x 10 x 1 inch jelly roll pan. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 16 - 20 minutes. Cool completely. Cut into desired shapes with cookie cutter or into bars. Makes approximately 48 bars.
