Quick Italian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1 small jar spaghetti sauce
    1 c. shredded cheese (any combination Mozzarella or melting cheeses)
    1 Tbsp. olive oil or cooking oil)
    flour seasonings (3 Tbsp. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. paprika, 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning, 1/4 tsp. cracked pepper)
Preparation
    Cut chicken breasts into finger size pieces no more than 1/2 inch thick.
    Wash thoroughly and pat dry.
    Dredge in flour seasoning and fry until golden brown all over in olive oil over medium heat, turning frequently.
    Drain any excess oil.
    Cover chicken with spaghetti sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
    Cover and simmer over very low heat for about 15 minutes or until cheese has melted.
    Serve.
