Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (12 oz.) pkg. smokie links (Oscar Mayer), cut into 1-inch pieces
    2 c. Minute rice
    3 or 4 large zucchini squash, sliced raw
    1 Tbsp. dried, minced onions
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 to 3/4 c. hot water
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    dash of garlic powder, salt and pepper
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown cut up smokie links in a large, nonstick skillet.
    Add rice, zucchini and onions.
    Cook and stir about 3 minutes.
    To this mixture, add tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, mustard, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
    Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 15 minutes or until zucchini is cooked to your liking.
    Sprinkle cheese on top; heat just to melt.
    Serves 6 to 8.
