Summer Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked fresh corn kernels
    1 c. slightly cooked lima beans
    1/2 sweet red pepper, seeded and sliced thin
    1/2 c. chopped fresh chives or onions
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 c. herb vinegar (basil is good)
    1/3 c. corn oil
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; toss well.
    Let marinate overnight. Serve chilled.
