Broccoli Florentine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large bunches broccoli or 1 frozen pkg.
2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
1/2 c. olive or salad oil
salt
pepper
Parmesan cheese
Preparation
-
Cook broccoli until barely done. Drain. Heat garlic and oil in a skillet. Add broccoli and saute until tender, turning occasionally. Season with salt, pepper and a generous sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.
