Crab Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crabmeat
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. green pepper
1 egg
1 Tbsp. flour
Old Bay to taste
Preparation

Melt butter in pan and add flour. Thicken with milk.
Remove from stove. Add beaten egg, mayonnaise, green pepper and seasoning. Fold in crabmeat.
Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
