Shrimp Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter (1/4 lb.)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. minced onion
2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans shrimp or 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can and 1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen tiny shrimp, thawed and drained
Preparation

After coming to room temperature, cream the butter and cream cheese.
Add lemon juice, mayonnaise and onion.
Drain and add the shrimp.
Chill.
Serve with assorted crackers.
