Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground meat
1 medium onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce (mild)
2 small cans green chilies, chopped
1/2 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated
Preparation

Brown meat; drain and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and ground cumin.
Layer Doritos and meat mixture, ending with the meat mixture.
Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
Stand some whole Doritos around the sides.
Heat at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Serves 6.
