Oriental Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken wings
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/3 c. corn syrup
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. dry sherry (optional)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Remove wing tips and reserve for stock.
    In large skillet, heat oil and brown wings on both sides.
    Remove from heat and drain off excess oil.
