Mcfadden'S Flats - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 or 2 onions, sliced thin
1 medium green pepper, cut in small pieces
5 or 6 carrots, sliced thin
5 or 6 potatoes, sliced thin
1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
Preparation

Arrange ingredients, except soup, in order given, being sure to salt and pepper first layer (beef) and the last or top layer (potatoes).
Spoon can of soup over the top.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
Serves 4.
