Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

1 (3 lb.) frying chicken, cut up
2 pkg. Italian salad dressing mix
2/3 c. club soda
2 c. biscuit mix
1 egg, beaten
Preparation

Mix 1 package of salad dressing mix with biscuit mix. Mix the other package with egg and club soda. Dip chicken pieces into egg mixture, then into dry mixture. Set chicken pieces on a rack to drip. Fry 3 minutes in deep fat, then bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
