Country Vegetable Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 medium yellow squash, sliced
    2 medium onions, thinly sliced
    2 green peppers, thinly sliced
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 large tomatoes, sliced
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Saute squash, onions and green peppers, one vegetable at a time in butter until tender.
    Layer tomatoes, squash, onions and green peppers in greased 2-quart casserole.
    Combine cheeses and mayonnaise in bowl, mixing well.
    Spread over vegetables.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
    Yields 8 servings.
