Kraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can sauerkraut
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. sugar
1 c. sweet bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation

Heat vinegar and sugar.
Pour over sauerkraut mixture. Let stand overnight in refrigerator and serve.
