Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 to 24 large mushrooms
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 slices bread
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. dried parsley
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. melted butter
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Remove stems from mushrooms.
    Place caps upside-down in a casserole dish.
    Put stems, garlic powder, bread, Parmesan cheese, parsley and pepper in food processor.
    Blend until mixture is crumbly, then add melted butter to this mixture.
    Spoon mixture (stuffing) onto mushroom caps.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes, uncovered.
    Then top with Mozzarella cheese and bake for 15 minutes more.
