Cream Cheese Blintzes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 egg yolks
    1 stick butter, melted
    cinnamon
    sugar
    bread
Preparation
    Cut crusts off bread and roll with rolling pin until thin. Blend cream cheese, sugar and egg yolks together and spread on bread; roll up.
    Dip in melted butter and then in cinnamon and sugar mixture.
    Put in freezer for at least 4 hours.
    Remove from freezer and bake in 400\u00b0 oven for about 15 minutes.
    These can be kept unbaked in freezer for several weeks.
