Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked chicken
    3 c. chopped celery
    2 c. frozen peas, cooked
    4 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    2 tsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. toasted almonds
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Put 2 cups crushed potato chips on top and bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
