Banana Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 small ripe bananas
    1 pkg. (2 layer) yellow cake mix
    1 pkg. (4 serving) Jell-O banana cream or vanilla instant pudding
    4 eggs
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. finely chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Beat bananas until well mashed.
    Add remaining ingredients. Blend, then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Pour into well-greased and floured 10-inch tube or Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
    Remove from pan; finish cooling on rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
