Sausage Corn Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. well-seasoned lean pork sausage
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen whole kernel corn
    2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Form sausage into 12 balls.
    Lightly grease a 10-inch skillet. Add meat balls and cook over medium heat turning to brown evenly. Add onions, celery and pepper to skillet.
    Cook until vegetables are tender-crisp.
    Pour off drippings, if any.
    Add rice, corn and broth to pan.
    Bring to a boil; stir once or twice.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
    Fluff with a fork.
    Makes 6 servings.
