Ribs-N-Beer - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (12 oz.) cans sauerkraut
1 lb. pork country ribs
1 tsp. olive oil
salt and pepper
1 or 2 bottles of your favorite beer
Preparation

Since ducks have a strong flavor, they are sometimes stuffed with apples, pared, cored and cut in quarters or 3 small onions. Remove before serving.
