Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger meat or ground chuck
    garlic salt to taste
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    4 to 5 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
Preparation
    Brown hamburger meat or ground chuck with bell pepper and onion.
    Add garlic salt to taste (about 1 teaspoon).
    Drain fat. Place in a casserole dish.
    Spoon cream of mushroom soup over meat.
    Place sliced potatoes on top of soup.
    Cover and bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for about 20 minutes or until potatoes are done.
