Short-Cut Pan Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. instant Quaker grits
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 c. hot water
    1/3 c. oil
    6 to 6 1/2 c. flour
    2 pkg. yeast
Preparation
    Combine grits, sugar and salt in a large mixer bowl.
    Add water, oil and 2 cups flour.
    Beat on low speed for 2 minutes. Add 1 cup flour and yeast.
    Beat 1 minute on low speed.
    Stir in additional flour to make soft dough.
