Garden Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
    3/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
    1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
    1/2 c. green onions, finely chopped
    6 garlic cloves, minced
    2 tsp. cider vinegar
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. jalapeno pepper, minced
    2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine first 11 ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Serve with chips. Yields 5 cups.
