Cream Of Egg Drop Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. low-fat milk
3 eggs, well beaten
salt and ground pepper to taste
toasted bread crumbs (for garnish)
Preparation

In a large soup pot, scald the milk.
Gradually add the eggs, stirring constantly.
Add salt and pepper.
Garnish each serving with toasted bread crumbs and serve.
Yields 1 1/2 quarts.
