Festive Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes, peeled, cooked and hot
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mash
    potatoes.
    Add
    sour
    cream,
    butter
    and
    cream cheese.
    Combine eggs, onion and milk.
    Add to potato mixture. Mix well and put into a greased 9-inch casserole.
    Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
