Tortilla Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken, boiled, skinned and deboned (save broth)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. flour tortillas (approximately 20), cut into squares
Preparation

After chicken is skinned and deboned, cut into bite size pieces and set aside.
Mix soups in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Drop tortilla pieces into mixture at a rolling boil. Cook until brown spots come off tortillas. Stir to prevent sticking. When tortillas are done, salt and pepper chicken and add to mixture.
