Fresh Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pie shell
    3 c. fresh peaches
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Bake pie shell.
    Chop peaches into shell; set aside.
    Mix cornstarch, sugar and water.
    Cook in saucepan until thick and clear.
    Stir in package of Jell-O (peach).
    Pour over peaches in shell.
    Let cool completely.
    Top with Cool Whip.
