Tabbouleh(Middle East) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. burghul (family of cracked wheat)
    2 bunches parsley
    1 big cucumber
    3 bunches green onions
    2 green peppers
    1 big tomato
    4 lemons
    1/2 c. olive oil
    salt
    lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Wash burghul; drain water.
    Cut very fine the parsley, cucumber, green onions and green pepper; mix with the burghul.
