Goro - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. sweet cream
1 c. melted butter
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon or 1/4 tsp. ground cardamom
Preparation

Beat eggs well; add sugar and blend thoroughly.
Add cream, melted butter, then sifted dry ingredients and mix well.
Chill dough.
Roll out thin and cut out, using paper pattern to fit Goro iron.
Place on heated iron; turn to bake other side.
After removing from iron, cut in thirds while still warm.
Store in an airtight container or a dry area.
Keep rest of dough chilled while rolling out individual pieces.
